01What is MAZZEO CARS BULGARIA?
A Bulgarian automotive storefront, European sourcing gateway, and access point for services, cards, partners, and the future single marketplace.
02Is MAZZEO CARS a dealer?
It does not automatically present itself as a licensed dealer or seller. Specific transactions and services are performed by the relevant sellers and suitable independent partners.
03How do I publish a vehicle?
An eligible MAZZEO CARS Card will be required, and publishing will take place on marketplace.mazzeocars.com only after approved activation.
04Which card do I need?
ACCESS for up to 3, DEALER for up to 12, and ELITE for up to 36 active STANDARD listings at the same time. ELITE adds eligibility for approved European markets.
05Where do I buy the card?
Only through CityHelp.bg after the exact activation route is confirmed. mazzeocars.bg has no checkout.
06What is an active listing?
A listing with ACTIVE status that occupies a slot. SOLD, RENTED, INACTIVE, or ARCHIVED releases the slot. This is not a lifetime limit.
07What are VIP and TOP?
Planned paid promotional upgrades to an existing listing. They do not occupy a second slot, and after expiry the listing returns to STANDARD.
08Does ELITE work in Europe?
It prepares eligibility for approved active European markets. Actual publishing depends on the market, profile, listing, and local requirements.
09Does ELITE work in the USA?
No. ELITE grants no automatic rights, discounts, listing, or rental access for Miami, Hawaii, or other US markets.
10Does the card work on mazzeocars.com?
No. mazzeocars.com is a separate Global / USA platform with its own future logic.
11Where does the card work?
On mazzeocars.bg, as eligibility for marketplace.mazzeocars.com, and for applicable inherited CityHelp Bulgaria rights.
12Can I rent out my own vehicle?
Not activated. Private peer-to-peer rental requires separate eligibility, legal, tax, insurance, and liability review.
13Why is there only one marketplace?
To provide unified listings, accounts, entitlement rules, moderation, and a technology layer across Bulgaria, Europe, and future approved markets.
14What is CityHelp?
CityHelp.bg is the Bulgarian source for MAZZEO CARS Card purchase and activation and applicable inherited rights.
15What is CityHelpClub.com?
A future separate US ecosystem with its own membership and card logic. It is not a translation of CityHelp.bg and does not automatically inherit Bulgarian cards.
16What is MAZZEO AI?
A prepared product architecture for future search, listings, translation, quality, guidance, routing, and risk signals. There is no active live AI.
17What is MAZZEO ID?
A future concept for one account, one card, and one entitlement layer. Login, SSO, and backend are not active yet.
18Does payment mean verification?
No. Payment or card ownership does not automatically mean a verified dealer, verified vehicle, recommended seller, or licensed rental operator.
19Who provides transport, service, or rental?
Specific inspection, transport, service, finance, insurance, and registration work is performed by suitable independent and, where required, licensed partners. MAZZEO CARS does not claim to directly provide every service.
20How will an illegal listing be reported?
Through a real notice-and-action process after marketplace activation: submission, acknowledgement, review, decision, reason, and appeal. The route is currently preparatory only.
